Sometimes, depending on the order. Depending on what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible!!!

All Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges:
There is a 35% restocking fee on any returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges OR the customer can choose to have the full value, not including shipping and taxes, applied to a Gift Card. This is not negotiable due to our “on demand”, aka “made to order”, process. Once a customer places an order, we manufacture, and then fulfill. Your order is a binding contract which dictates to us to make what you as a customer want to receive.
We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
“White marks” on our all over print products
Product(s) being shipped to a not-current address
Orders which have been delivered for longer than 7 day period
Any "Mystery Package" - our definition for a return that has not been approved by our team.
Any clothing that has been worn, Items not as appeared.
Returns:
Please read the following blanket policy: Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are able to reject any return that we deem as used (yes, this includes you wearing it to a festival and shipping it back to us).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods or Gift Cards.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds:
Please read the blanket policy above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty days.
We DO NOT pay for Return Postage.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
